Private 1:1 Classes

All private classes will be with the owner Michelle Morfett. With 10 years of experience running hospitality businesses in the baking and coffee sector she is happy to teach you everything she knows!

This can include:

• A baking masterclass for example scones, muffins, brioche, donuts
• Cake making and decorating
• Fundamentals of a baking business- cabinet baking and set up, coffee making, consulting

Please contact us if you would like to enquire. Prices will vary depending on how much you want to learn. The base rate is $300 per hour for baking classes and $350 per hour for consulting.

For example, if you wanted to learn how to decorate a cake it would take about two hours so the cost would be $600. If you would also like to bake the cake, make the icing and make the garnishes that would be another two hours so the class would be four hours and cost $1200. The classes can be adapted to anything you want to do (within our scope and style of baking design)
