Slow cooked pork, started off in the smoker for delicious flavour and slow cooked to finish so the gravy is rich and the meat is tender.
The pies will be freshly baked for you to decide to either keep them in your fridge (up to two days) and bake at 180 degrees for 20min when you are ready to eat OR they freeze really well!
